Terms and Conditions – Kaniboo (trading name of Especialina)

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Kaniboo webshop. Kaniboo is a trading name of Especialina.

  1. Applicability These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries from Kaniboo. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

  2. The Offer We do our best to display products as accurately as possible, including prices and product information. Obvious errors or mistakes are reserved. All offers are non-binding and may be changed at any time.

  3. The Agreement An agreement is established at the moment the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email. If a product proves to be unavailable, Kaniboo reserves the right to cancel the order. Any payments will then be fully refunded.

  4. Prices All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Kaniboo reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price that is visible at the time of ordering is binding.

  5. Payment Payment must be made via the payment methods available during the ordering process. The order will only be processed after payment has been successfully completed.

  6. Delivery Kaniboo works with external fulfillment partners. The delivery times stated on the website are indicative and may vary. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.

  7. Shipping Risk The risk of damage or loss lies with Kaniboo until the moment the package is delivered to the address specified by the customer. After delivery, the risk transfers to the customer.

  8. Right of Withdrawal The statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies to all consumer orders within the European Union. The customer may cancel the order within this period. For conditions and exceptions, please refer to the return policy on the website.

  9. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

  • Hygiene products whose seal has been broken
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital products
  • Products that are no longer saleable due to use or damage
  1. Warranty The statutory warranty applies. This means that a product must meet what the customer may reasonably expect from the item. Damage caused by incorrect or careless use is not covered by the warranty.

  2. Complaints Complaints can be submitted via info@kaniboo.com. We will respond within 7 business days. If a complaint is not resolved to satisfaction, the customer can report a dispute via the European ODR platform.

  3. Liability Kaniboo is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of products, incorrect information provided by the customer, or delays by delivery services. Liability is always limited to the amount of the order.

  4. Force Majeure Kaniboo is not liable for delays or non-performance of obligations when caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as outages, strikes, natural disasters, or other situations not attributable to us.

  5. Intellectual Property All content on the Kaniboo website, such as photos, texts, and designs, is the property of Kaniboo or its licensors. These may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

  6. Applicable Law Dutch law exclusively applies to all agreements and disputes. The competent court in the Netherlands is responsible for handling disputes.
