Return and Refund Policy
At Kaniboo (trading name of Especialina), we believe it's important that you can shop with confidence. Below you can read how we handle returns, refunds, and damaged items.

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period) You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt. After this notification, you have another 14 days to return the product. This right of withdrawal applies to all consumers within the European Union.

Conditions for Returns An item is eligible for return when it is unused, in its original condition, and if possible in its original packaging. Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete cannot be accepted.
Hygiene products such as pacifiers, teething rings, bibs, and similar items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

- Include your name, order number, and the item you wish to return.
- You will receive the correct return address and further instructions from us.
- Ship the item to the provided address and always keep your shipping receipt.
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, the return address may vary per product. It is therefore important to wait for the correct return address. Returns sent to an incorrect address cannot be processed.
After receipt and inspection of the item, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs The costs for a return shipment are at the customer's expense. If you return your entire order, you will receive a refund of the original shipping costs of the order.

Refunds After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method you used for payment. When an item is returned used or damaged, a depreciation may be applied or the return may be refused.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received If you have received a damaged or wrong item, we request that you report this within 48 hours via email. Please attach photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will then offer an appropriate solution.

Undelivered Packages When an order cannot be delivered because the address was entered incorrectly or because the package was not collected at a pickup point, it can be reshipped once the shipping costs have been paid again.
