Delivery Times (same for all of Europe)
The same delivery time applies to all European countries. The average delivery time is: 6 to 10 business days. During busy periods, the delivery time may occasionally vary slightly.
Multiple Packages
Because we work with different warehouses, it may occur that items from one order are shipped separately. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation with Track & Trace for each package.
Track & Trace – Track Your Order
After shipment, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. It may take a few days before tracking information becomes visible in the system.
You can also track your order yourself at any time via our Track & Trace page:

Here you simply enter your tracking number to view the current status.
Delivery When Not at Home
If you are not at home, the delivery person may redeliver the package or deliver it to a pickup point. This differs per carrier.
Incorrect Address
Kaniboo (trading name of Especialina) is not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrectly entered address information. If a shipment is returned, we can reship it after payment of the standard shipping costs.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed or if a package is marked as delivered but you have not received anything, we request that you contact us. We will then initiate an investigation with our logistics partners. The average processing time for this is 5 to 10 business days.
